Have Puffiness & Dark Circles Around The Eyes?
Here is a fix for tired eyes: Place used tea bags in refrigerator to chill- Black, Green, Oolong, and White teas will all work. Squeeze out the chilled bags, lie down, and place over the eyes for about 10 minutes. Caffeine helps to eliminate dark circles and puffiness by shrinking the blood vessels in the skin.

We love Earl Grey tea – in fact, our current tea of the day is Lavender Earl Grey. But who was Earl Grey and why is one of the world’s most beloved teas named after this man? Earl Grey tea, it turns out, was named after the 2nd Earl Grey who was British Prime Minister from 1830-1834. He is celebrated for the abolition of slavery through the Reform Bill of 1832 which was passed during his term. Why does the bergamot-infused black tea carry his namesake? Legend has it that one of Grey’s men rescued the son of a Chinese mandarin from drowning in 1803, and the man then presented the tea blend to the Earl as a symbol of his gratitude. Whether or not this story is true, we’re grateful for the existence of Earl Grey tea. We love it so much that we serve traditional Black Earl Grey, as well as Lavender Earl Grey, Green Earl Grey, and White Earl Grey!
